The work's aim was to analysis of distributional channels in institutions of processing honey and definitioned fundamental factors having the influence on choice of channel. In research used to informations which there were in institution of processing honey was being in central Poland. In article used to method of steered interview. The accomplished analysis of organization of distributional channels permitted to notice that the structure of consignees of firm is profitable, but it in conditions of weaker economic situation or more and more larger and stronger thrust of large trade nets can influence on the loss of balance of the stable position market
