Ecological changes in poultry production are connected mainly with providing poultry with optimal breeding conditions. These conditions should be advantageous for poultry and the environment and result from obeying rules of breeding poultry. Ecological changes in breeding poultry are part of biodynamic and ecological (organic) agriculture which is developing in Poland. The aim of the article is to show the conditions of breeding poultry whole taking into consideration protection of the environment
