The aim of this paper is to present the level of entrepreneurship among high school students in the city of Olsztyn (Poland). The results of the study show that the level of entrepreneurship in this group of respondents is low. The vast majority of students declared that they would look for a job in the public sector rather than start their own business. The existing barriers can be an explanation of such an attitude
