Complex estimation of breeds of a potato on productivity and parameters of quality of production

Biochemical characteristics of 94 breeds of potato (from them 57 ones of domestic and 37 of foreign selection), cultivated on a sod-podzolic sandy loam soil with application of irrigation, a high background of fertilizers (N170P170K297Mg44), 40 t/h of tubers calculated on reception, carrying out of protectively-stimulating top-dressings by fertilizers and pesticides are considered. The cultivars of the domestic selection combining high productivity with the raised content of the basic biologically valuable components are revealed: Lubava (a crop of 54,4 t/h, starch of 19,7 %, ascorbic acid of 15,3 mg of %), Bryanskij delicates (a crop of 61,6 t/h, starch -17,2 %, ascorbic acid - 25,7 mg of %), Pobeda (a crop of 47,1 t/h, starch - 14,4 %, ascorbic acid - 26 mg of %) and others. From the foreign cultivars the followings are secreted: Impala (a crop of 58,6 t/h, starch -17,2 %, ascorbic acid - 25,7 mg of %), Breeze (a crop of 59,2 t/h, starch - 16,0 %, ascorbic acid - 25,7 mg of %), Zekura (a crop of 46,8 t/h, starch - 18,2 %, ascorbic acid - 25,7 mg of %), Hermes (a crop of 55,8 t/h, starch - 23,2 %, ascorbic acid - 25,7 mg of %) and others.
