Cultivation of free pathogen potato pieces of plants on nutritional media with addition of SkQ1 preparation accelerated morphogenetic processes, increased percent of alive meristems and plant regeneration. Various response of varieties Zhukovskij rannij, Krepish, Nevskij, Golubizna and Nikulinskij to the presence in medium of SkQ1 in different concentrations is found. Effect of SkQ1 was saved after transplantation of morphogenetic explants of varieties Zhukovskij rannij and Krepish to new medium. The output of free pathogen lines of early ripening varieties was increased in 2-5 times and the time of regeneration of whole plant from meristem was reduced to 30 days by using successive application SkQ1 (0.25 and 0.5 10E-9 M/l) to nutritional media for initial growth of meristems and for the plant regeneration. Free pathogen potato plants and mini-tubers of cv. Zhukovskij rannij can be received quickly by SkQ1 in vitro using.
