Effect of different fungicides on the microbial population and biochemical activity of soil

The experiments were conducted on grey forest medium loamy soils in the Bryansk Region. In growing barley the plants were twice treated with fungicides alto super (concentrated emulsion, 0.5 l/ha, amistar extra (concentrated suspension, 0.6 l/ha) or biopreparation planriz (liquid 0.5 l/ha).in the control variant in 2006 the number of bacteria Bacillus subtilis in soil did not change throughout the vegetation period. It was not practically change in the planriz variant. The minimum number of bacteria was observed after treatment with amistar extra. In 2007 true differences between the variants were not obtained, even in the control the number of bacteria by the moment of the second treatment reduced twice. Laboratory trials showed that in combined development in Petri dishes B. subtilis and bacteria of the active ingredient of planriz (Pseudomonas fluorescens) no antagonism between them. When using chemical fungicides the maximum lysis zone when putting soil disks on a nutritive medium with gazons B. subtilis was observed in contact with amistar extra, slightly less – in contact with alto super. In 20 days after treatment the bactericidal effect of fungicides was not observed. The intensity of releasing carbon dioxide with grey forest soil in every variant was higher than in the control and reached the maximum in planriz treatment.
