Twenty eight ischemic and hypertensive women suffering from overweight and osteopenia were examined during 6 months. They were divided into a main (MG) and a comparison groups (CG) by 14 women in the each. The average patient age was 62.4 years in the MG and it was 63.9 years in the CG. MG patients got the specialized carbohydrate and protein product (SP) containing 50% of Ca, 20% of protein, 17-60% of 11 minerals and vitamins (from daily recommended intake). The patients got the SP during 1 month at hospital and 5 months at home. The rations of home intake did not have enough protein and fibres and also B vitamins. At the same time P and vitamin C intakes were surplus (nearly in 1.5 times and 1.4-1.8 times more than the requirement). SP intake allowed increasing average B1, B2 and PP vitamins and Mg also to the recommended level. Ca and P correlation approached to the optimal one, protein intake grew up. The supply of A and C vitamins improved, but the ones of E, B2 and D vitamins did not change, because vitamin Е intake was enough from the beginning and the SP did not contain the other 2 vitamins. SP intake did not accompany by parathormone and osteocalcin changes and it had no effect on bone tissues. The conclusion has been made that SP intake prevented seasonal negative changes in D supply and age-specific decrease of bone tissue mineral density, but it did not eliminate B2 vitamin deficiency. So, it is reasonable to develop SP of a concrete chemical composition subject to specific needs of the studied kind of patients.
