Enrichment of turkey diets with biocorrector for the production of high quality meat

The work is aimed at developing a biocorrector and its industrial approbation in turkey feed. Combined employing probiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bacillus adolescentis, L. Acidophilus) and dietary fibers as probiotics is proposed. Approbation experiments were carried out on Broad Breasted White turkey poults during fattening from 1-5 days to 120-150 days. Two groups of poults were formed – control and experimental ones. The combined fodder of the experimental group was added with 0.2 g of biocorrector per 1 kg of food. Each age group was estimated. The experimental poults exceeded the control group as for growth intensity and live body. The survivability in every group was high enough (experimental one – 97.5%, control one – 93.3%). No symptoms of avitaminosis and digestive disorders were observed in experimental poults. An analysis of slaughter parameters proves that the animals of experiential group have higher slaughter yields, better development of breast and thigh muscles, their carcasses contain more category 1 meat. It is recommended to use the developed drug in turkey food under industrial breeding
