In 2004 CZ agriculture has been placed to CAP of the European Union and entered to the join single market of European countries. The year 2004 has mined for Czech agriculture a principle break in agricultural policy and helped to radical orientation in concrete agribusiness conditions. The changes in global environment in and after the EU entry had impact on the restructuralization of agricultural branches, which were rationally reflected to economic effects of Czech agriculture. The base of providing finance subsidies are direct payments, providing by simplify system (on hectare of utilized agricultural area) and Horizontal rural development oriented to support of multifunctional agriculture including agroproduct processing and assuring sustainable rural development. Other finance helps are market arrangement of the Common Organization Market, which solve oscillation of claims and supply on market and by these are assured market assurances and advantageous stability in agricultural enterprising. State agricultural intervence fund took also controlling and managing pre accession program SAPARD for new fulfilling tasks of marketing agency in promotion of domestic foodstuff products (e.g. according of the label KLASA).
