The goal of designed methodology is the development of a procedure assessment of the relationship of soil-climatic conditions based on the BPEJ (Soil Ecology Bonity Units) in the new conditions after transformation to the market economy. Base is given by evaluation of land fertility factors according to the complex assessment of climatic, technology and environmental factors which enables a stabile, scientifically justified valuation of agricultural land on the corresponding level of environmental protection. Priority is given to the balance of nitrogen, humus, soil compaction depending on soil texture and sorption complex regard to the changing climate conditions. Pieces of land in main land conditions in the Czech Republic were chosen, they represent three quarters of arable land and they which will be observed till 2010. Data since 2002 are available.
