Field small-plot nutritional experiment with 3 varieties of grape-vine (Lipovina, Muscatel yellow, Furmint) was realized in Tokaj region (locality Malá Tŕňa) during the period of years 2006-2007. From the point of view of available nutrients content in soil experimental locality can be characterized as imbalanced with very low content of phosphorus, low to medium content of potassium, calcium, sulphur and zinc. In contrary, there was found out good to high content of magnesium, iron, manganese and copper. Soil reaction was slightly acid to acid with pHKCI values ranging from 5.44 to 6.07. Within integrated farming system treatments the best results in all 3 varieties of grape-vine were gained when nutrient combination of 50 kg per ha N + 35 kg per ha P2O5 + 71.4 kg per ha K20 + 25.0 kg per ha S in form of chloride-free type of NPKS fertilizer Duslofert Extra 14-10-20-7S was applied. Vine grapes yield increase fluctuated from 17.5% to 21.4% at the economic effectiveness of Kee=5.4 to 6.1 and profit per hectare of 520.55 EUR (15 682 Sk) to 605.19 EUR (18 232 Sk). Under the conventional farming system of grape-vine growing the best effect was observed when rate of 100 kg per ha N + 71.4 kg per ha P2O5 + 142.8 kg per ha K20 + 50 kg per ha S was applied in variety Furmint in the form of Duslofert Extra. Achieved increased yield of grapes represented 2.33 t per ha (26.8%) at Kee=4.7 and profit of 873.30 EUR per ha (26 309 Sk). Rational nutrition of vine grape was performed on the basis of both soil and plant analyses.
