To take into account population health as well as health fish habitat, the occurrence of aeromonads, salmonellae, listeriae, yersiniae or vibriae in the fish ecosystem are not acceptable. Keeping these points in our mind, the aim of our work was to select microflora from the intestinal tract of trouts with the impact to yersinia-like bacteria and to test their sensitivity to antimicrobials such as antibiotics and bacteriocins-enterocins which were studied and characterized at our laboratory. The total counts of yersinia-like bacteria reached less than 101 cfu/g (resp. log 10 less tahn 1,0 cfu/g) up to 5.47 cfu/g. isolates 52t, 53t, 54t, 71t, 72t were resistant to all 6 enterocins tested, but sensitive to antibiotics used. the strain 51t was sensitive to ent 4231 (activity 400 au/ml). Among 18 isolates, 17 were inhibited by the use of ent ek13 resp. ent a(p), ent 9296, ent 2019 and ef55 with activity 1600, 400-800, 200-800, 400 and 800 au/ml, 14 isolates were sensitive to ent m (100 - 800 au/ml) and 13 isolates were sensitive to ent 4231 (activity 100-400 au/ml). the strain 72t was monoresistant (amdicillin) and also resistant to tested enterocins. The isolates 104t and 91t were resistant to amdicillin. Fifteen isolates were biresistant, however, sensitive to enterocins. most of isolates were sensitive to antibiotics as well as to enterocins, especially sensitivity to enterocins is promising result taking into account the fact that enterocins did not leave residues oppositely to antibiotics.
