Objective of this study was to determine the fundamental and the need of the training program on textile and clothing from the small entrepreneurs and the OTOP traders in the textile industry. Data were collected from 315 participants in Bangkok and the neighborhood provinces nearby in form of questionnaires. The research showed most participants are owners and managers of the textile business. The participants also expected that they would use the knowledge from this course to improve and develop the standard of textile products to the higher level. Moreover, the participants had suggested that the training course should have easy understanding of contents, handbooks and education media. They also would like this training program to focus more on the content of administration management, innovative textile and textile news.
