[Productivity of initial sanitated potato plants while using different methods for their cultivating]

Given are results of studying the productivity of plants in vitro under conditions in vivo while using different methods of multiplying thereof with the aim of obtaining the first tuber reproduction. It is found out that completion of growing the plants in vitro in rolls and pots in growing constructions prior to planting into unprotected soil is an effective method as to increasing the coefficient of multiplying the seed material obtained by a thermal therapy method and apical meristem culture.

Наведено результати досліджень щодо продуктивності рослин in vitro в умовах in vivo за різних способів їхнього розмноження з метою одержання першої бульбової репродукції. Установлено, що дорощування рослин in vitro в рулонах та горщиках у культиваційних спорудах перед висаджуванням у відкритий грунт є ефективним прийомом щодо підвищення коефіцієнта розмноження насіннєвого матеріалу, одержаного методом термотерапії та культури апікальних меристем.
