Objective of this research was to evaluate the technology transfer process and community-based biodiesel production project in Myanmar. Samples were 35 project participants and 164 people interested in the project. The results indicated that most of the participants showed high level of satisfaction towards technology transfer components which included needed technology, instructors, transferring method, content, media, and benefit and application of knowledge received while response to application of technology to real practices was at medium level. For the overall project evaluation, most of the interested people were highly satisfied with the project benefit and pattern, chance of technology development and sustainability of operation and moderately satisfied with knowledge implementation, knowledge transfer and adjustment of appropriate technology to individual community.
