Effects of plant spacing and nitrogen level on yield and quality of cowslip creeper were carried out at the experimental field, Department of Horticulture, Kasetsart University Bangkhen campus during August 2007 to September 2008. The intra-row spacings were 25 50 and 75 cm. The results showed that the cowslip creeper started to flowering in February 2008, but the highest yield was on May 2008. The plants at 25 cm spacing gave the highest number of inflorescences per branch (9.69) and yield (205.94 g/square m). But the plant in 75 cm spacing gave the highest antioxidant activity (86.58 percent) and vitamin C content (58.24 mg/100 g fresh weight). According to the different levels of nitrogen, 5 10 15 and 20 g/plant, the nitrogen application at 10 g/plant showed the highest yield (237.77 g/square m) and antioxidant activity (80.89 percent). However the nitrogen application of 20 g/plant showed the highest number of inflorescences per branch (9.58) and vitamin C content (67.86 mg/100 g fresh weight).
