Bacterial disease is common disease of mulberry silkworm. Very hot weather and high humidity in a long time of summer are ideal conditions for arising bacterial disease. The most popular bacterial disease is transparent head type (43,14 percent). By the disease sample subdividing method, three causative agents were specified: Streptococcus.sp, bacillus.sp, serratia marcescens. To arrange causative agent in order of harmfulness: Streptococcus.sp serratia marcescens bacillus.sp. Antibiotic charts were determined with 14 kinds of antibiotics. As a result KS4 (Norfloxacin) and KS12 (Lincomycine) have good affected to guard against all three above mentioned bacterial type. Research results on 2 artificial infected races, LQ2 and DSKXTQ, with 10 million cells/ml content that defined to use antibiotic KS4 (concentration 0,4gr) and KS12 (concentration 0,5gr) both have effects to prevent bacterial disease and limit virus disease also different ones: reducing disease from 63,53 percent to 52,87 percent; uninfluenced filament cocoon quality and seed; increasing average income/ha mulberry to 6.480.000D. Besides, to use garlic and honey 10 percent also has effects on preventing and treating bacterial disease (reduce disease rate 19,50 -7,18 percent). The trial results at Thai binh, Ha nam, Ha noi, summer in the years 2004 - 2005 with trial size 130ha, 9.622 silkworm egg layings and 270 farmer households. The average cocoon yield of farmer households that applying KS4; KS12 antibiotics increased 16,43 - 33,72 percent. In which, KS4 antibiotic produced the most effect, the next KS12. The anolyte solution has the great ability to sterilize, harmless, safety for people health and animals, environment friendly product and low cost. The anolyte solution with active clo content 300 - 350mg/l, pH= 7,2 - 7,8 can be used to disinfect rearing room and appliances instead of formaldehyde and bleaching powder (CaOCl2), the present disinfectants.
