[Production of ELISA kits for quick diagnoses virus, fungi and bacteria]

Virus has been reported as an important pathogen on major crops in Vietnam. Aside, bacterial wilt and Phytophthora diseases also significant losses for agriculture. Quick diagnosis tests for those pathogens are regarded as urgent need for producing disease free germplasm in Vietnam at the moment. Laboratory at Research Center for Tropical Plant Disease has been produced several kits for quick diagnoses purpose including polyclonal ELISA kits for virus (PVY, ToMV, PVX, CTV and MuMV) fungi (Phytophthora sp.) and bacteria (Ralstonia solanacearum). All these kits have been broadly in practice in Vietnam because they have equal quality and less expensive comparing to the same type of imported products.
