Kinematics of milling cutter with standing axis of rotation and substantiation of regimes of its operation

The article deals with the substantiation of kinematic parametrs of milling cutter with standing axis of rotation for the cultivation of inter-shrub cultivation of vineyards from the viewpoint of energy expenditure. The choice of circumferential speed of the milling cutter depending upon the speed of transmission of plastic waves of deformation in the soil is in the basis of optimization parameter limiting their speed up to 3.91 meters per second.
