Economic efficiency of using residual products after processing agricultural raw material in cow diet

During the researches we noticed that remains of fermentative processes are cheaper than traditional prays, that is why farmers prefer them, but received milk has high acidity, low concentration and high level of microbiological pollution. the results of the studies showed that qualitative consistence of diet effects on quality of milk. When diet is short of starch, theconcentration of milk gets lower and may confuse the experts, They must differ added water and abnormal concentration based on shortage of starch. But it cannot be carried out by laboratory examination: the diet should be analyzed.
