Hidrolytic enzymes activity of carbon cycle (cellulase, invertase) and nitrogen (urease) on sod-podzolic sand soil influensed by fertilizers were described in the article. There was investigated the influence of humus content on fertilizers, enzyme activity. Close affinity between cellulase (R2 within 0,84-091), invertase (R2 within 0,88-0,92), urease (R2=0,78) and content of humus on sod-podzolic sand soil was determinate in the study. The experience showed that hidrolytic enzymes activity close correlate with content of water soluble organic element on sod-podzolic sand soil: for cellulase R2 within 0,63-0,88, invertase R2 within 0,57-0,99 and for urease R2=0,87. Level of determinated interrelations showed that this indicators informed the intensity of transformation of important carbon- nitrogen bearing compounds on soil and can be used as specified biochemical criterion for estimation of intensity of the processes. There were determined the scale of hidrolytic enzymes activity on sod-podzolic sand soil subjacent by moraine loam, depending on content of organic element, which can use for estimation of tame level
