Chinese.

[Objective] The changes of the endogenous hormone of stem apices in tomato, and the functions of relevant endogenous hormone in tomato during floral bud differentiation stage were studied. [Method] Tomato crosses were made by using two inbred lines of multi-locule (MLK1) and few-locule (FL1) with significant difference, the relationship between endogenous hormone GA3, IAA and ABA content and ovary locule number of parents and progeny was studied during floral bud differentiation initial stage, floral bud differentiation stage, sepal petal formation stage, carpel formation initial stage and ovary locule complete formation stage. [Result] GA3 content of P1, P2, F1 and RF1 is consistent with locule number during the key stage, IAA and ABA content is inconsistent with ovary locule number during the key stage. The correlation shows that during the sepal petal formation stage, the ovary locule number is positively correlated with GA3 content and GA3/IAA, GA3/ABA and are negatively correlated with IAA, ABA contents. [Conclusion] It is speculated that increasing the GA content or decreasing the IAA and ABA contents of stem apices in tomato seedling might be able to enhance ovary locule number. The sepal petal formation stage is an important stage which regulates endogenous hormone during ovary locule formation.
