Combining ability and cluster analysis on common maize inbred lines in southwest region of China

Chinese. 采用NCⅡ设计,以Mo17、郑22、330、32、丹340、黄早四、515为母本,14个西南地区常用玉米自交系为父本,分析了21个玉米自交系的配合力。结果表明:330、丹340、180、交51、Px和7331的产量一般配合力高,在98个杂交组合中330×交51、515×大黄132、丹340×独紫、32×贞367、330×贞367、330×095、515×7331、Mo17×Px、Mo17×交51和330×大青133为强优势组合。聚类分析表明,14个自交系分为4类:①095、5331、大青133;②180、独紫、交51、贞367;③木4、7327、木6、7331、大黄132;④5151、Px。[著者文摘]

Ninety eight crosses were made by NC II design, including 7 domestic common testers (Mo17, Zheng22, 330, 32, Dan340, Huangzaosi, 515) and the 14 southwest main maize inbred lines. The combining ability of 21 inbred lines was analyzed. The results showed that six higher GCA of yield inbred-line were selected, which were 330, Dan340, 180, Jiao51, Px and 7331. The combinations of 330 × Jiao51, 515 × Dahuang132, Dan340 × Duzi, 32 × Zhen367, 330 × Zhen 367, 330 × 095,515 × 7331, Mo17 × Px, Mo17 × Jiao 51 and 330 × Daqing133 performed best among 98 entries. Cluster analysis indicated 14 inbred lines were divided into 4 groups, they were ①095, 5331, Daqing133; ②180, Duzi, Jiao51, Zhen367; ③Mu4, 7327, Mu6, 7331, Dahuang132; ④5151, Px.
