Chinese. 为调查育肥猪胃肠道中代表性兼性厌氧菌的种类与数量分布，采用3种培养基，用烛缸厌氧培养法，对6头猪胃肠道菌群中代表性兼性厌氧菌进行调查。结果显示：乳杆菌数量为4.6×10. -3.5×10. cfu/g，埃希菌数量为4.3×10. -10.9×10. cfu/g；在显色培养基中检出的埃希菌数量为7.7×10. -3.9×10. cfu/g，链球菌的数量为1.7×10. -2.3×10. cfu/g。在显色培养基中克雷伯菌检出量较少与CMAM上检出乳杆菌的数量相近。3种培养基检出菌数量在后肠段显著高于胃和小肠（P〈0.01）。[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. This investigation was conducted to examine the facultative anaerobe type and amount distribution in pig＇s gastrointestinal. In this research three kinds of mediums and the candle jar method were used to culture bacteria from the gastrointestinal tract of 6 castration pigs. The Result showed that the number of Lactobacillus were（4.6×10. -3.5 ×10. cfu/g , the number of Escherichia were 4.3 ×10. cfu/g. The number of Escherichia cultivated in CHROM agar were 7.7 ×10. -3.9 ×10. cfu/g , the number of Streptococcus were 1.7×10. - 2.3 ×10. cfu/g in gaster , and klebsiella pneumoniae were near to Lactobacillus cultured in CMAM. The number of bacterium of gastric and small intestine examined in the three mediums were lower than that in the large intestine（P〈0.01）.
