Chinese. 通过花后不同时期套袋处理,研究了套袋对锦丰梨果实品质和养分含量的影响,结果表明:套袋能显著地缩小果点,降低果点密度,减轻病虫害和物理损伤对果实外观的影响,提高果面的光洁度;但套袋亦显著降低了果实可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖含量,果实重量有减轻的趋势,还原型维生素C含量和可滴定酸也有不同程度提高.套袋对果实中N、P含量无明显影响,而K、Ca、Mg含量则有明显的下降趋势,在成熟果实中K、Ca、Mg含量分别下降了9.6%、38.9%和6.7%.[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. This experiment was conducted to compare the effectiveness of bagging time after anthesis on one cultivar of pear,Pyrus ussuriensis 'Jinferg'. Effects of bagging on the fruit quality and nutrient content of Jinfeng pear were analyzed. The results showed.the size and density of fruit dot,insect damage and physical damage, fruit weight were significantly decreased by bagging. The bagging reduced mean single fruit weight,total soluble solid and sugar,and increased deoxidize vitamin C and titratable acidity in different degreee. The content of the elements N and P in fruits were not significantly affected by bagging,but the content of K,Ca,Mg in mature fruits were obviously decreased by 9.6 % ,38.9 % and 6. 7 % ,respectively.
