With method of woody plant communities representative plots, an investigation was carried out for the height of trees, diameter at breast height, the height under branch, crown width, health condition, and distribution position of every tree in quadrat in the Xiaoyaojing park, Xinhua park, Huancheng park and Botanical garden in Hefei. Based on the data of the community structure, plant composition, importance value and interspecific associations, the community composition and plants interspecific associations were analyzed, and some suggestions on the construction and management of urban forest were provided.
