Chinese. 以野生番茄单片段渐渗系为供试材料,采用盆栽控制水分的方法进行干旱胁迫和正常浇水两种处理测定和分析了与植物抗旱性密切相关的两项生物学性状和四项生理学性状(即株高、叶面积;脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量).结果表明:除亲本M82和IL2-2、IL2-4、IL3-2、IL4-4、IL5-2、IL7-3、IL9-3、IL12-1外,其余37份材料均呈现出了不同程度的抗旱表现,说明这37份材料所携带的渐渗片段可能与抗旱性有一定关系.[著者文摘]

Single segment introgression lines from the wild tomato species,Lycopersicon pennellii,were used as materials,and two treatments(drought stress and irrigated control)were set up by the method of water control in pots.Two biological characteristics(plant height and leaf area) and four physiological characteristics(proline content,MDA content,soluble sugar and soluble protein content) closely related to the drought resistance of plant were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the materials,except recurrent parent M82 and IL2-2,IL2-4,IL3-2,IL4-4,IL5-2,IL7-3,IL9-3 and IL12-1,exhibited different drought resistance,suggesting that there exist certain relationships between the introgression segments in these materials of tomato and drought resistance.
