Early forecast of physiological indexes of heterosis in pepper seedling | 辣椒苗期杂种优势生理指标的早期预测

Chinese. 对8个辣椒亲本及其组配的16个不完全双列杂交组合的生理指标进行了杂种优势、配合力和相关性分析.结果表明:除可溶性蛋白质含量、叶绿素a/b含量外,16个辣椒杂交组合的其它指标的超亲优势均较好;一般配合力分析表明,R1、R5、R8亲本的表现较为理想,是辣椒杂交育种上的良好亲本;相关性分析表明,杂交组合辣椒单株产量分别与叶绿素a含量、叶绿素总量呈显著正相关,与超氧化物歧化酶活性、可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关;综合F1杂交组合的超亲优势分析和特殊配合力分析得出,R21、R23和R14 3个杂交组合表现优良,在将来的育种工作中可着重考虑.[著者文摘]

Analysis of heterosis,combining ability and correlation analysis of eight physiological indexes in sixteen hybrid peppers were carried by using a 4×4 uncomplete diallel crossing,which included four female parents and four male parents.The results showed that: all super-parent heterosis of physiological indexes had good performances except for soluble protein content and Chl a/b content;The analysis of general combining ability showed that each of R1,R5,R8 had good performance in general combining ability,which could be considered as excellent parents in cross breeding;The results also showed that individual yield with both Chl a and Chl(a+b) contents had significant correlations.Individual yield had extremely significant correlations with SOD content and soluble sugar.By comprehensive analysis of super-parent heterosis and specific combining ability,it was concluded that R21,R23 and R14 combinations with good performance could be used in cross breeding in the future.
