The water saving effect of half period dry management of paddy field and its impacts on the yield and grain quality of rice | 水稻半期旱作的节水效果及其对产量和品质的影响

Chinese. 以2个推广品种两优培九、T优207和2个新组合M175s／胜泰1号、M1s／9311等4个杂交稻品种（组合）为试验材料，在大田条件下进行了半期旱作（插秧至分蘖盛期保留水层而分蘖后期至成熟期旱作）栽培试验。结果表明：与常规水作比较，半期旱作节省后期灌溉用水16．79％；除T优207产量略低于对照外，其它3个品种的产量均略高于对照，但增减产均未达到显著水平；除两优培九的千粒重显著下降外，其它产量性状与对照无显著差异。米质分析结果表明，半期旱作可以降低稻米垩白粒率，提高蛋白质含量，除T优207外，其它品种的精米率及整精米率均有所提高。[著者文摘]

English. Four different hybrid rice varieties including 2 commercial cultivars（Liangyoupei-9 and Tyou 207） and 2 hybrids （M175s/Shengtai 1 and Mls/9311 ） were used in the experiment of half period dry management of paddy field,i, e. keeping shallow water layer in the first half period （from transplanting to late tillering stage） and dry management in the later half period （from late tillering stage to matu- rity）. The preliminary results indicated that half period dry management of paddy field （treatment） saved 16. 79% irrigation water during dry management period as compared with the traditional irrigation （CK）. The grain yield of T-you 207 was slightly lower while that of the other 3 varieties under treatment were slightly higher than the CK though the yield differences of all the 4 varieties did not reach the 0.05 significant levels. No significant difference of yield components was observed between the half period dry management and CK except that a lower 1 000-grain weight was detected in Liangyoupei-9 under treatment. Grain quality analysis showed that half period dry management might have positive effects on quality by decreasing chalky rice rate and increasing protein content, as well as increasing milled rice rate and head rice rate except for T-you 207.
