Chinese. 根据挠盘式栽植器的工作原理,分析了挠盘式栽植器挠盘的运动轨迹,提出了挠盘夹持点运动特征参数λi≥1是挠盘式栽植器设计的基本依据和正常工作的必要条件;探讨了苗体在输送带和挠盘之间的传递条件,得出了夹持角β〈90°是合适的投苗区间;推算出了拖拉机前进速度、输送带秧槽间距、输送带速度和栽植株距之间的关系表达式。[著者文摘]
Show more [+] Less [-]English. The kinematic analysis of the flexible disc transplanter was discussed in this paper. It was demonstrated that the characteristic coefficient ,λi≥1 is the basic data and essential condition for the design and operation of the flexible disc transplanter. The demand of the transfer of seedlings between the conveyer belt and the flexible disc is educed in theory. It was determined that the release angle β〈90° is appropriate, and the relationships between the forward speed of tractor, the spacing between the seedling groove on the conveyer belt, the speed of the conveyer belt and the plant spacing were found from the analysis. Furthermore a design method of flexible disc transplanter was established in this paper.
