An orthogonal experiment was carried out on the effects of the fermentation temperature, the material＇s C/N value,the agitation to the material＇s all nitrogen loss and the biogas amount. The changes of rapidly available nitrogen,pH and total solid wrer analysed. The optimal processing parameters which obtained according to the analysis of the data are as follows, the fermentation temperature is 55 ℃ ,C/N is 12. 5,stirring.
