Chinese. 为研究嗜水气单胞菌感染对美洲鳗鲡细胞免疫功能的影响,将60尾美洲鳗鲡平均分为3组,分别为对照组、浸泡组和注射组,每组20尾。对照组注射PBS,浸泡组以1.0×10. cfu/mL的菌液浸泡1h,注射组注射1.0×10. cfu/mL的菌液。各组鳗鲡均于处理后6h和30h断尾采血,肝素钠抗凝,分别取全血、淋巴细胞和红细胞进行培养,采用四甲基偶氮唑法(MTT法)测定美洲鳗鲡全血细胞、淋巴细胞和红细胞的免疫水平。结果表明,浸泡组细菌感染后30h的红细胞免疫水平显著高于细菌注射组,而细菌注射组的淋巴细胞免疫水平显著高于浸泡组和对照组,3组鳗鲡的全血细胞免疫水平无显著差异;与30h相比,处理后6h不同组的细胞免疫水平均无显著差异。[著者文摘]

To study the cellular immunology of different blood cells of American eels (Anguilla rostrata) infected by Aerornonas hydrophila, sixty eels were divided randomly into 3 groups, which were PBS injection group (control group), bacteria immerging group and bacteria injection group. Eels of the 3 groups were injected with PBS, immerged with 1.0 × 10. cfu/mL live bacteria for 1 hour, and injected with 1.0 × 108 cfu/mL bacteria respectively. 1 mL blood aseptically released from eel caudal sinus with a syringe containing 0.1 mL heparin sodium. The blood samples of whole blood ceils, red ceils and lymphocytes were cultured with RPMI-1640 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 5 % eels' serum. After the culture, cellular immunology of whole blood cells, red cells and lymphoeytes were detected through methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The result indicated that,after 30 h cellular immunology of the red cells of the immerging group was significantly (P〈0.05) higher than bacteria injection group. And cellular immunology of the lymphocytes of the bacteria injection group was significantly (P〈0. 05) higher than bacteria immerging and PBS injection group. However, cellular immunology of the whole blood cells of three groups had no significant (P〈0.05) difference. Simultaneously, there is no significant (P〈0. 05) difference of cellular immunology of three kinds of cells between three group of eels treated for 6h.
