Efecto del extracto crudo de hojas de Tagetes erecta L. en el control de cuatro hongos patógenos de hortalizas en condiciones "in vitro"

En este trabajo se realiza tamizaje fitoquímico al extracto crudo obtenido de hojas de Tagetes erecta y se evaluó el efecto del mismo a diferentes dosis (1, 2, 3 mg. mLE-1) en el crecimiento "in vitro" de Alternaria porri, Alternaria solani, Cladosporium fulvum y Cercospora beticola; hongos aislados a partir de material de campo. Se calculó el porcentaje de inhibición alcanzado, con respecto al control sin producto, al séptimo día de incubación y se graficó el efecto provocado en el crecimiento diario de las colonias ocurrido durante una semana. El tamizaje fitoquímico mostró la presencia de resinas, alcaloides, taninos pirogalotánicos, cumarinas y azúcares reductores en el extracto. En cuanto a la actividad biológica, con las dosis de 1 y 2 mg. mLE-1 se obtuvieron porcentajes de inhibición por encima del 65 por ciento, superiores a los alcanzados con el zineb (fungicida comercial) en tres de los hongos evaluados.

In this work it is carried out a phytochemical study to the crude extracts obtained from leaves of Tagetes erecta L., and the effect of these, at different doses (1, 2, 3 mg. mLE-1), in the growth "in vitro" of Alternaria porri, Alternaria solani, Cladosporium fulvum, and Cercospora beticola was evaluated. Fungi were isolated from field material. Inhibition percentage to the seventh day of incubation was calculated with regard to the control without product; besides, it was made graphic for the caused effect of extract in the daily growth of the colonies happened during one week. The results of phytochemical study revealed the presence of resins, alkaloids, tannins, coumarins, and reducers sugars in the extract. About biological activity, with the doses of 1 and 2 mg. mLE-1 were obtained superior inhibition percentages to 65 per cent, higher than those obtained for zineb (commercial fungicide) for three of the evaluated mushrooms.
