Genetic resources are the more valuable natural resources and a part of national value for every comity. Native plants seeds which the plant existence depend of them are the most important genetic resources of plants and their biodiversity show potential and ability of food production in the countries. In this study 309 samples of 95 species and 82 genuses and 25 families in 28 geographical location of fars province collected, and in this base seeds identification cards completed and the base location because of their biodiversity recognized. The poaceae family with 68 sample and 22% of the all samples, was more than the others. The next family was Papilionaceaea with 50 samples the there were 16.18% of the all sampels. Sampels were collected in different land types, which undulating type with 74 samples were more than the other types. In the base of soil activity, the maximum of sampels were collected in the range of pH= 6.8-7.5 with number of 135. In the base of level altitude the maximum sampels were collected in the level of 2010-2500 meter above from the sea level. The maximum sampels were collected in the semi steppe with number of 100 in the base of climatic conditions.
