A Study on the Periods of Fattening Sangsari Old Sheep

Sangsari ewes are small sheep, fine and strong. This study is on the basis "completty randomized disign method" in order to determine the time of fattening old sheep. Those which were fattened during the study the sheep fed on a ration of 14% crude protein daily for periods (0,45 days, 90 days and 135 days) body wight averaged 30, 30.1 ,29.9 and 30.1 Kg at the begining of fattening. 30 , 36.9 , 41.4 and 46.5 Kg on the finishing day of the study (slaught) : Daliy gain averaged 0 , 141.5, 126.8 and 117.7 g. Ration allowed during the first day to finish with crude protein 14% in elude Alfalfa and concentrate (Barley 66% , Cotton Seed meal 12% , wheat bran 20% , salt 1 % and Sup plement 1 % ) The results: The sangsari old sheep during the period of 15 days starter, and 45 days of fattening have the best daily gain.
