Monoclonal antibodies have been widely used for the diagnostic assay of diseases, quantitative and quantitive analyses of antigens and purification of biologically active substancses for prophylactic and therapeutic applications against infectious diseases, Monoclonal antibody has certain advantages. In this study successful hybridization has been obtained between Myeloma sp2jo and mouse splenocytes which was tetanus toxiod immunized. Cloning of the hybridoma cells was done by limiting dilution. the specific activity of clones was testeted in vitro (Elisa). The class of antibody was identified as IgG.
