Anti - IgG IgM against ovine and bovine immunogloublin has been prepared with high titre antibodies, This is done by immunization of white rabbits nearly Three Kgs weight with purified IgG and IgM extracted from normal ovine, bovine sera, antibodies titre has checked by doubble gel diffusion technique and anti- ovine IgG estimate 1/100 and anti -ovine lgM 1/50 in related to bovine estimated as1/200 and 1/65 respectively.
