Two new cnidosporean parasites, namely Sphaerospora umbrae, n. sp. (urinary System) and Myxobolus variatus, sp. n. (muscle, gills), of the European mudminnow - Umbra krameri (Esociformes, Umbridae) obtained from lower part of the Dniester River basin (Republic of Moldova and Ukraine) are described. The morphometrical description, figures, differential diagnosis and data on values of infestation of revealed parasites are presented
