Impact of Chemical Company Wizow on the content of fluorine in soil and plant

The aim of carried out investigation was to asses the influence of Chemical Company Wizow (Poland) - producer of polyphosphate, on fluorine contents in soil and plants collected from different direction and distances from the factory. Contents of fluorine soluble forms in 0.01 mol/cubic dm CaCl2 decreased significantly along with distance from the factory. Quantity of soluble forms of this element did not depend on location direction from the factory. The highest fluorine contents were found in plants grown in the closest distances from the factory and plants cultivated in distance of 1 km from the emission source content natural quantity of this element
