The impact of sulphur fertilization on spring oilseed rape in a randomized block design with four replications was studied in 2001-03. The experiment was located on brown, wheat good and very good soils, of low content sulphur, magnesium and boron. The sulphur fertilizers were applied directly to the soil or to the leaves. In addition to sulphur to soil, a foliar application of magnesium or boron was added, resulting in as much as four treatments studied plus control. Rape seeds of the three-year experiment were analysed for their yields and contents of glucosinolates. In general, fertilization significantly increased yield of seeds
