The total content of sulphur in investigated soils was very strongly differentiated and ranged from 0.11 up to 1.01 g/kg of soil. The biggest amount of sulphur was determinated in the surface layers. The lowest amount of S-SO4 was determinated in water extract and the highest in the acetate buffer onces. The results obtained in this experiment have shown no leaching of S-SO4 from surface to deeper layers of soil profiles
