This paper has a task to determine the possible usage of glasses made of polypropylene for packing milk products with lasting quality. After conducting a research, the good quality of available polypropylene containers has been determined, as well as their suitability for packing milk products with lasting quality. So far, dairy products (cream Pavlaka Plus and fruit dessert Vocko) have been packed only in transparent glasses, and in this research non-transparent containers were used for the first time. Products were packed under aseptic conditions and kept under the temperature up to 10 deg C. During this research, products have gone through some chemical, microbiological and sensory analyses. It was determined that the quality of the products packed in polypropylene containers lasted much longer than those available at the market. It has been proven that transparent containers can also be used for the packing of cream Pavlaka Plus and fruit dessert Vocko.
