In Serbia, classical swine fever is controlled according to Law Book of the National Monitoring Programs for Diseases Control in 2009. The aim of this research is to show humoral immunologic response on vaccine virus strain and immunologic status of swine population in Serbia during the intensive vaccination campaign. Representative number of animals from chosen farm and 5 samples from 20 holdings and 10 samples from 4 slaughter houses from every administrative region were tested by blocking AbELISA. All farm samples were positive on presence E2 antibodies. 9.7% out of 29 987 field samples were negative. Eradication program based on intensive vaccination is very successful, making pigs to be immune on wild viruses and clearing virus from population. The main condition to stop CSFV vaccination next year is to continue vaccination program and control results. Wild boars should be monitored after stopping the vaccination.
