A new blood clotting response test was used to determine the susceptibility to bromadiolone of house mouse Mus musculus/domesticus. Test was carried out on F1 mouse generation rearing under laboratory conditions. Parental generation was one pair of wild house mouse who survived bromadiolone poisoning in laboratory. Resistance factors were calculated in relation to the laboratory strain of white mouse. Percent coagulation activity calibration curves were constructed based on serious of diluted plasma from laboratory mice. Our results show probably moderate resistance in F1 generation of wild house mouse. This method will be usefull in future screening populations of house mouse and rats for potentially resistance on anticoagulant rodenticides.
