It is of essential to understand the importance of logistics for business performance. The stand on its importance is made by management who is necessary to have fore-knowledge of current logistics management. It is also important to apply this knowledge to hands-on business policy. This paper is an attempt to bring logistics of transport closer to practical exploitation conditions in one operating system which would be of great financial benefit. It states certain useful information for implementing logistics in this area of agriculture. It also presents the solution for economically optimal raw-material transport by linear programming method. Model testing was conducted on Sunoko business system.
