Conformity assessment of agricultural tractors, trailers, interchangeable towerd machinery, on the basis of requirement EU Directive 2003/37EC, is a main of this paper. Procedure of type-approval for this products on the EU Directive basis, with equivalent relevant UN/ECE Regulations and OECD Standard Codes for Official Testing of Agricultural and Forestry Tractors is given. The paper consist a part of conformity assessment procedure for agricultural machinery on the basis EU Directive 98/37/EC
