The possibility of increasing the sustaibility of sunflower meat for poultry nutrition by diet supplementation with exogenous enzymes and amino acids was investigated. The aim of current investigation was to formulate new diets by using sunflower meal as alternative raw material and amino acids and different combination of enzymes added. Targeted results were the diets for sustainable poultry farming with equal or better nutritive value than diet with soybean meal. On the results obtained, it can be concluded that supplementation of poultry diets containing sunflower meal by l-lysine HCl and enzyme complex or phytase increasingly contribute to sustainable poultry farming by enhancing production efficiency, increasing the effectiveness of nutrient utilization and upgrading in environmental protection. Importance of well balanced amino acid content, the usage of enzyme complexes and phytase will increase for sustainable poultry farming in future.
