There are a lot of herb terms in the Hilandar Monastery Medical Codex (manuscript from 16th century). This paper-work deals with some of them, whose both foreign and Serbian term are given. Domestic terms are compared with the herb terms in southest Serbia, derived from appropriate vernacular dictionaries.
