The scope of this paper is continual measurement of volumetric flow rate of sucrose solution during evaporation process. The process is nonstationary, i.e. temperature and concentration of solution change in time. Hence, flow rate measurement of solution pretty difficult. The aim of this research is to examine possibility to apply angle valve for continual flow rate measurement of sugar water solution in process of solution evaporization during which temperature and concentration rise in time. It is concluded that it is possible to use angle valve for successful flow rate measurement of sugar water solution. Angle valve simplifies measurement, although has some disadvantages. The first one is long-lasting a calibration procedure and the second one is that too many parameters have to be kept constant during calibration.
