In this paper were investigated influence of applied nitrogen and phosphorus on the yield of triticale, concentration and accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in plants and mutual ratio of N/P. The experiment were carried out on the soil type acid vertisol, included five variant of fertilization and control variant. The investigated cultivar of winter triticale was Kg-20. Fertilization of triticale by only N increased the average grain yield by more than 1.5 time, the proportion of N in grain (25-42.6%), and phosphorus for 32.1% while the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in total yield has been manifold increased. Fertilization by phosphorus and nitrogen in comparation to only N application, increased the grain yield about 5.9-12.0% and decreased concentration of N and P in yield, while their accumulation further increased for 4.2-16.8%. Between N and P concentrations in yield and grain yield and accumulation of these two elements and the total yield was found positive and highly significant correlation.
